Kaya Infotech (a sole proprietorship) operates this website (kayainfotech.com) and the LotusPulz and LotusAppz product brands. In this policy, “Kaya Infotech”, “we” and “our” refer to Kaya Infotech. This page describes how we handle personal information collected through this website.

Products are covered separately. Data you provide inside our products is governed by that product’s own policy and by the agreement with your organisation: LotusPulz privacy policy. For LotusAppz, the applicable privacy terms are provided to each customer at sign-up — write to us and we’ll send you a copy.

Details you send us. When you contact us by email, WhatsApp, phone, or an enquiry form on this site, we receive what you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, company name (optional), and the content of your message.
Server logs. Standard web access logs (IP address, browser/user-agent, requested URL, timestamp), recorded by our hosting provider for security and traffic analysis.

We do not collect payment card details on this website, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data through it.

2. How we use your information

To respond to your enquiry, quotation request, or demo request.
To send information about our products or services that you have specifically asked for. We do not send unsolicited marketing.
To operate, secure, and improve this website.
To meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

3. Sharing your information

Google Maps — the map embedded on our Contact page is served by Google and may set its own cookies.
Google Fonts — fonts are delivered by Google, which may receive your IP address as part of that request.

4. How we protect your information

This website is served over HTTPS/TLS, so traffic between your browser and our site is encrypted.
Access to enquiry data is limited to the people at Kaya Infotech who need it to reply to you.
Our hosting accounts are protected by strong, unique credentials, and administrative access is restricted.
We review our systems and keep software patched and up to date.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect your information.

5. Cookies

Email hello@kayainfotech.com with the subject “Data deletion request”, from the email address you contacted us with, and tell us what you would like removed. We will verify the request, action it, and confirm in writing — normally within 30 days. There is no charge for this.

9. Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International transfers

Our website and data are hosted with providers that may process or store data outside your country. Where information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected in line with this policy.
